How do you react?

Congratulate her on her skill and ask if she would like to rule over the kingdom alongside you, or if she would rather handle the shadowy affairs in the background.

Good job Honey.
Well done.
Is... There anything you want?

Pride, you obviously taught her well.
So, I have a faggot friend who is learning GURPS, and he's trying to defend it to me. I put a challenge to him, and he failed it, but said that you fuckers would know. Anyone feel like trying to prove GURPS a superior system? I want to play Palom and Porom. Not Palom, not Porom, Palon AND Porom. Is this possible in gurps, and how thoroughly gimped will they be by it? Also, I want dualcasting. That was a cool mechanic, and I bet I can do a lot more with it in an RPG.
>>43634304
Lean Duplication, Learn Magery, Learn appropriate spells.
Have one duplicate cast black magic, have the other cast white magic.
I don't even play GURPS and I found this in 5 minutes of googling and searching through the basic rules.
>>43634694
dude, that's casting a spell to double your characters, not PLAYING two characters. I'm asking if GURPS has rules to let my character technically be two characters.
>>43634304
I'm not familiar with those characters, but dual casting can be accomplished with Compartmentalized Mind for extra mental actions. And you might need high magic skills to cast without physical action to make it work, as well, I can't quite recall.

I'm all for a thread about roleplaying tips and tricks but what OP wrote is confusing. Care to rephrase?

I think he's talking about RPG systems.
At least, that's what the "Indie/obscure/underrated" would suggest.
>>43634326
I think he's talking about accessories and shit for DMing
Hey /tg/ I need your help. Are there any good systems that do a good job of simulating space battles between space fleets (anywhere between duels between frigates all the way up to massive battles between capital ship squadrons)? I was hoping for something similar to the Star Wars movies in terms of how the science works (in that science doesn't matter at all).
I'm running a space opera game for my friends in a couple of weeks, and I'm not certain what system will be best for simulating battles between their forces and the enemies' starfleets.
>>43634025
Until you guys come up with something I'll just dump some images of starships.

Is there a RPG rules set for Tower Girls? Or just this CYOA?
Tower Girls developers never learned how to edge, so they always jerk off and lose interest before productive ruleset came out.
Excuse me captain, but why are the borg the enemy? surely if they seek to help all individuals towards perfection they would help in the form of technology, culture and medicament.
>>43633444
The Borg claim that they desire to help, but the fact is that they're rather insane.
>>43633444
soon enough the guy who looks like hulk goon will be a meme

The borg are the antithesis of every value that the Federation hold. They are the ultimate destruction of all free will and inviduality and assimilate everything that is different than them by force

>Can you trust your fellow players not to ruin everything forever if you miss a session of your favorite quest?
Yes, in general other players seem to have a united and clear goal, with the only dissension occurring with waifus, which are largely irrelevant.
Unfortunately, with this quest the problem is having the QM run it, not me missing it.
Why are these threads and the ones in Ghost dead all of the sudden?

Welcome to the strange world of TaleGear! A world of duality! A world of magic and technology! A world of faith and science! A world of good and evil! A world of law and crime! Anywho, this is both a mechanics and setting project. Let me lay out the basic setting first: Imagine a world full of unusual creatures, each with shared culture and different groups. There are great nations vibrant and wonderful, cathedrals dark and looming, and strange powers with unusual applications! The three great races, Humanity, Goblinkin, and Skrienkind, while all of a species wide culture, have...

Humans are the most naturally durable species known. Their ability to survive damage despite all odds confuses both Goblins and Skrien alike. Humanity also bears the longest gestation period of all sentient creatures known. But where they're durable, they are also rather self destructive and tend to rely on their emotions in poor situations to do so. Their lack of centralized culture leads to great conflict among the human nations of the land. And in terms of the invention of weaponry, nothing can top the human talent for it.
Goblins are rather small, in terms of races. As due of their distant genetic relations, goblins are naturally moist, and have a certain morning dew look to them. They tend to combine magic and machinery to produce all sorts of unusual and unconventional methods of solving problems. Unfortunately, due to the shared cultural respect of thieving and pillaging, others look down upon them, leading to a belief that anything a goblin owns was stolen, and among the more paranoid, a belief the body moisture is a poisonous substance. Goblins are usually either mercenaries or merchants,...

Skrien are aerodynamic and light creatures. They bear an unusual diet compared to other races, who need food and water. Skrien merely need to feed on blood from a large creature to survive. Unfortunately, Skrien are not only insanely paranoid, but also incredibly racist. They treat goblins as food and property, while humans are considered merely lesser folk. However, where other races have great technology, Skrien have fantastic and near impossible artistic feats in their lands. Skrien are also incredible architects, with structures that seem to defy all logic in their magnitude...

The party cleric is dragging the party to church, how can I make things interesting in the rare case the players don't rile things up themselves?
It's not a perfect analog, but assume something like fantasy Catholicism. Picture in no way related.
>>43631733
Make the priestess a tiefling. Party will instantly lock onto the mysterious waifu.
In other words, make Pic related.
1. Don't make it a big deal. Just fast forward through the scene unless the players decide to do something.
2. Priest offers the players some advice and a quick blessing, and reminds them that there are several charities that are underfunded that they might be interested in supporting.
Yeah, I mean, if everyone is just totally not interested I'll just fast forward, but I want to slow the pace for a few sessions before it ramps back up. Slow the pace but have some interesting stuff. I'm going to have the lord mayor there and is going to talk with them about some things, so at least there is that.
How much destruction could cause a Guillaume Heresy? And what Primarchs would be on his side?
>>43631686
What the fuck's a Guillaume?
With his own Empire of 500 worlds already as a base he'd probably would have caused just as much destruction as Horus.
The real question is who could he have gotten to side with him. Besides Sanguinius, Horus was the most charismatic Primarch and this helped him recruit several. But the real crazy's like Curze/Angron would have sided with Girlyman anyway, Magnus was forced into it, and Alpharius was being Alpharius. The key ones are could he have swayed Mortarion and Perturabo, perhaps also Khan/Lion. Lorgar probably would have gone along with him if Chaos ordained...

Good, improving transformations means we don't need to list any of the SSJ1 variants.
Here's hoping the changling transformations got fixed. I recall there being a pretty good idea for that in the suggestions doc.
Okay, can someone please just explain the basics of this system? I was thinking about learning a DBZ system for future use and I want to know if this is the one I'm looking for.
