So, how would you feel like a KSBD game? Has there been an attempt at making a game yets?
I really like the setting. 4 clear races, in depth lore and religion, distinct factions, great environments...

I had to go and get this especially for you anon.
Dude's already working on a game actually. Based on Apocalypse World IIRC.
I would tell the DM to fuck off.
Hey /tg/ got perhaps a strange question, I have a craving for weird party combinations and settings. I was wondering if there was a system and/or setting that allowed odd mix ups of groups. Like one player being a gun wielding cowboy while another could be a wizard and someone else a private eye from the 50s. That kind of stuff. Please don't say GURPs.

D20 with multiple corebooks.
Don't expect it to be balanced though

>Please don't say GURPs
Why not GURPS? GURPS is easy. Look at your skill/ability score, add/subtract any modifiers and roll under. That's it.
You seriously don't need to use those silly books from 3rd Edition, which force you to grab a calculator, so you can balance your starship's power's usage, speed,...

Behold the GURPS player. He tempts the unwary, he lists so many features.
But never in his instructions does he say 'Have fun'. He knows that is the one thing his system can never provide.
From the depths it rises again. Don't be shy, new people, come and join us making the greatest pantheon.

Another day of pastebins begins. However it looks like /tg/ soon lost his enthusiasm about it, unfortunately.
>>43997969
It's a shame. Could be because of the massive pastebins and number of named people making these things which makes people feel like they're not welcome to make their own entries on this. That or people are lazy shit as usual. Anyways writing my next chapter and then monitoring the thread for shits and giggles.
>>43997997
I second the lazy shit hypotesis. What is baffling is that named people abandoned ship already.
I've been looking for an easy to pickup and play system that's cyberpunk themed. Shadowrun is fun, but can get a little complicated when people want to do certain things. I've looked into the Cyberpunk 2066(I think) system, but it doesn't really interest me.
I was wondering what you guys like playing. General Cyberpunk system thread, I guess.
>>43996965
I've been getting into the idea of running Interface Zero 2.0 recently. If Savage Worlds is your cup of tea, I'd give it a look, as it has pretty much everything you'd want for a CP campaign.
>>43996965
If you're Swedish, I guess Rotsystem is pretty good in the easy pick up and play regard.

GURPS
Whoa whoa whoa, when did these guys show up? They are neat, are Skavens in Age of Sigmar already?
>>43996556
I'm getting a real Wolfenstein 3D vibe from the top-left one, what with the ratling gun coming out of his chest.

They got released along the new thanquol & boneripped and verminlords around the beginning of this year, to accompany the end times book: thanquol.
Skaven already appeared in aos, no major involvement or inspection, nor actual new miniatures, just briefs mentions of them allying with other chaos forces, drilling interdimensional tunnels between realms and the horned rat gaining a bit more weight than before as an actual chaos god.
The rules for skaven are still in the free compendium but clan pestilens...

I decided to see if I could make an interesting Construct-based summoner variant.
It owes a lot to the Celestial Summoner (Though it's less dedicated in it's focus than that one was)
Feedback would be appreciated. I'm trying not to have it be TOO powerful. At least in comparison to the base summoner.
Using a name in case I need to reply to people's comments. Otherwise it gets a bit confusing at times.

I gave it a try with my current (rough) iteration.
How did it work out?

Are Aldori Duelling mastery and Dervish Dance the only feats that reward using a weapon one-handed?
So /tg/ how do you justify small races being able to do thing like be warriors or combat-classes in general?
I'm a really big fan of kobolds, skaven-like rat people among others, but realistically the small races wouldn't be able to compete in the slightest with even human sized creatures, much less greater things like ogres or trolls.
How do you do it? Is it better to simply restrict their class selection instead of trying to justify and gimp a game's system with realism issues?
>>43996471
>realism issues
How about you play a game like Dragon' Dogma, Dark Souls, or Shadow of the Colossus.
Then you'll realize height isn't an issue.

>>43996471
Realistically, nothing in a fantasy setting even exists.
On a more constructive note, smaller frames does not equal weaker beings. In fact, it actually tends to result in higher muscle density. Muscles work by constricting and relaxing; shorter builds result in a shorter distance muscles need to contract. Therefore, the same muscle mass would have greater output on a shorter frame than a large one.
However, shorter races have shorter muscles, so it evens out.

are there any single-player campaigns that focus on acquiring a girlfriend and forming a relationship?

Real life.
It's hard as shit for most players, and most stat arrays result in average rather than heroic arrays.
Also a lot of builds just don't work or are one-trick ponies.
Still nice to experience, would recommend, but that's because I got a pretty nice starting package.
Kingmaker (Pathfinder splat)
Out of the classical D&D class line-up which ine would best represent the streotypical Sam Spade hardboiled detective?
I was thinking it could either be Paladin or Rogue

In D&D terms Rogue works better, but honestly I get a fighter vibe from him.

I've got your back, broseidon. Tell me what your campaign is about and we'll see what we can do.

Dude, just take a break. It's better to go on hiatus for a bit before you burn out than it is to let your entire game crumble to nothing because you weren't willing to step back and take a breather.
Let somebody else try their hand at GM'ing for a bit, and take some time to catch a second wind. Your players sound like the good kind, they'll understand.
>>43995472
Run something where the players have a lot of narrative power, give them a problem and let them solve it in new and interesting ways, especially if the players are competing with each other to solve their goals. They will create their own story, you just have to create the foundation for it to flow, and the bulk of the creative load is lifted from your shoulders.
As much as I fanboy this, Paranoia High Programmers is fantastic for just this reason. Small amount of set-up, different every time as your players...

WORLD BUILDING THREAD
Lets make a fantasy world from scratch.
This is an example map with two art styles.
First thing to decide is what the world looks like.
>First post picks an art style, and then continent number and shape. You can pick this map if you want.
>>43995271
Ok, now continent number and shape
>>43995288
Five major continents in relatively natural positions/shapes. One of them in centered on the north pole though.
Some minor "continents" (see Australia) inbetween. A fairly sizeable number of islands. A little more than Earth. To make up for these two things continents are also a little smaller than on Earth.
I'm good to run this for the next hour to hour and a half then I have a Christmas Function on, should there still be demand I'll continue where I left off when I get back, I plan on running this for a long time to come!
It's been fourteen years since the downfall of society as we knew it. Poor allocation of resources, namely fuel, reduced us all into anarchy. Those that could fight did, and many died. The first few days were filled with rioting, pillaging, raping, and bloody well any crime you could imagine, soon some of the fires started going...

Sure, I guess. Now that I really think about it, I think Hodges would a better fit for a leader. So I guess I'm going with him.
