Grixis will be the next big thing.

I'll rape grixis any day
I hope so. I switched to Scapeshift after Twin was banned and I have a bunch of Grixis cards to load off.
/tg/ what does modern need to make control viable?
can it be the next big thing in modern /tg/ ?
Depends on the other 2 artifacts, what they do when they go to the bin and board. and is it worth doing that? Its also a sorcery so thats going to be another thing. You really need a worthwhile effect.
>>45065381
you could start by cycling ichor wellsprings to find whatever else your deck will be doing
>>45065400
add thirst for knowledge with sundering titan, mindslaver, and treasure mage to tutor them up. wurmcoil is an obvious inclusion too
Why the FUCK do people get doodles on the cards they buy? do some mtg players actually enjoy throwing away all their money? I mean, I only waste my money because I want to play, but I always protect my investment.
The most expensive card I even had anything drawn on is a pack rat. I traded my pack rat to a guy at the show who is pretty cool and told him he HAD to sign it. I have done this with a zendikar forest, a boomarang, rugged highlands, and a ravens crime.
So I can understand having signatures or art on your cards, but not anything that is valuable, and if its art and not a signature it better be good and not something awful like that.
Maybe some people don't see MtG cards as an "investment".

>>45057274
A lamp post. We knew it was being used as a dead drop so we waited for for the letter to be dropped off and then we winched it up and tore it out of the ground packed it into the trailer that the semi was hauling and then drove off.

Why didn't you just tell him there were no Dragonborn in your campaign? Is it because you're a faggot?
How does this stop something like Ravenloft or Dark Sun?
Couldn't you tell him no?
Couldn't you help find his character a spot in the world?

Otherwise yeah Breakfast sounds good.

Anon, are you familiar with Dark Souls?
Do you know how Firekeepers can help you refill Estus Flask?
And what Estus looks like when you consume it?
Yeah, exactly.

It looks like fucking OJ, which is awesome because I love a fucking glass of OJ

Hey, that last one actually works. Crainiotomy is a perfectly viable means of dealing with epidural and subdural hematomas.
They've actually had a smart idea for once.
Basically they look like Airfix-style sets for GW models. Snap-fit, coloured plastic.
To be sold in toy and craft shops, not just the types that would sell GW anyway.

What am I looking at?
What decks are you building? What do you think the meta will look like now that Oath of the Gatewatch is in play? What's your favorite card out of the new set?
>>45051802
Okay so I got this idea for a deck based around Eldrazi Displacer and similar re-enter enablers.
The only other decks I've found with Displacer has been that stupid infinite combo so this is 100% homebrewed at the moment.
Could I get some comments/suggestions? Keep in mind this is a budget deck.

>>45052524
You could probably do some interesting combat tricks with some of the ally cards. Blinking lantern scout can turn your dudes into lifelinkers, and that one kor can make your dudes first strikers
Im currently working on a eldrazi midrange deck, full playset of strangler, sifter, though-not, and reality smasher. Also lots of control options main decked and in the sideboard.
Cureently playtesting and making frequent changes, but pro players with similar lists seem to really enjoy bearer of silence. Im thinking about mainboarding 2, and maybe putting 1 or 2 more in the SB against oujitai or eldrazi ramp decks.
Which chapter has the best aesthetics, /tg/? Personally, I love the Dark Angels with their stylish cowls and robes.

Eh, just remember that sex can be funny but it's not inherently funny. If your punchline is just the act of sex itself then you should kill yourself like all the other cool kids
Give us some of your bad sex jokes.
I need examples.
