AA2 is an actual game, TK17 is more of a poser than anything. If I had to compare TK17 with other Illusion stuff, I'd compare it with Premium Play and it's pseudo-sequels.

Answering your questions:
The size of the vag can be slighltly increased in Pose Edit mode, granted you have one of the latest "Orca" script mods installed. You cant increase vag size in character creation.
Bumpmapping is an old technique to add 3d-like effects to a texture. The bumpmap itself is a layer that is placed over the texture to give this effect. For example, a skin texture with goosebumps will have both a base texture, where the skin is painted, and a bumpmap, where the skin pores and other details will be visible. Same is used to add defined muscles, scars, etc.
This feature only works with Hook3/4. Hook1/2 only support textures, and Hook5 uses other more advanced method to achieve those results (textures+normalmaps).

You can only have three *active* characters, but there are non-moving background people created the same way tables, chairs, etc are made for the game.

Well, you're right about the true-to-OVA bit. I underestimated how it would look versus the catsuit. It didn't seem very apparent when I started painting just the body texture, but then I started slapping the bumpmaps and...
...Well, long story short, when I reached this stage, I couldn't stop the urge to fuck her ass right away.

When SoulCalibur III first came out, it was school break and I holed up in my room for one whole week mostly playing Chronicles of The Sword(the mode where you take your created character on a sort of RTS+fighting story mode to unlock stuff). i'm having an odd problem getting Hook5 to run.
it keeps giving me this 80000008 EFail error telling me that Direct X8 is incomplete or broken and my mainfx_errors log is full of direct3d create fail.
I've already re-installed Direct X11 and rebooted, no change.
The odd thing is that while my Hook4 build runs fine, I also got this error when trying to use GiveHerTheD's binaries folder that was posted a few threads ago, but my own Hook4 Binaries folder, the VerySlow Binaries folder, and IceMan's Binaries folder all launch just fine.
I was also getting a "MVSCP100.DLL is missing" error if I tried to run via TK17-114.001.EXE but i fixed that by installing Adobe Reader.
I need some new nipple textures,for what ever reason they loss all color i don't know if i overrode them when i was changing out my active mod folders or what.
