The qualification volleyball tournament for the upcoming Olympics Games in Rio de Janeiro is being held in Japan. Yesterday, Japan had a match with Thailand. It was a crucial match for both team as they could not lose more match to be qualified. Throughout the match, some substitution and challenge requests from Thai team neglected and, in the fifth set, 2 points was given to Japanese team as penalties on Thai team as the head coach complaint and upset over failed substitution and challenge requests. That resulted a victory of 3 to 2 sets for Japanese team and the team is still on the track to a spot in Olympics.

Thailand vs Kazakstan
4 out of 8 of the teams in the tournament advance to Rio Olympics.
While no team has yet definitely booked its place in Rio, and no team is yet completely out of the running, there is little doubt Italy will be one of the teams likely to qualify.
Likewise it looks highly likely both Kazakhstan and Dominican Republic, both winless so far, will not make the final cut.
On exposed form Korea, Netherlands and Japan are favourites to take up the remaining three qualifying positions, but with three matches remaining, no-one is prepared to rule out any eventuality.
