Bayern was better than Juve last season too, but those matches in CL finished 4-4 in the 180', and Juve was 1-2 minutes close to eliminate Bayern. Bayern could score the 2-2 due to an individual mistake.

Juve is in the top five of all time for number of ucl finals, so according to your "logic" they bribe all their way to the semifinals but for some reason they refuse to bribe the final.
Or maybe, just "maybe", Juventus is known for building tank teams on a shoestring, which allows them to assemble a group of high quality keepers, defenders, midfielders (you can find world class talent for cheap if you know where to look) but overrated or outright mediocre strikers that choke when the going gets tough (you need loads of money for strikers and Juve hasn't got any), good enough attackers for marathons like winning a league over dozens of games but absolutely inadequate for an all-or-nothing high level clash.
