Most people on /sp/ were barely 6 years old when Zidane was at his peak in the early 2000's. They never saw him playing, (or remember it), the only things they ever saw are youtube highlight videos and a headbutt.

Zidane played well 10 matches a year. And when his team mates started to get injured,it was shown that he couldnt really carry a team through a regular season. He was good,but pretty overrated

Zizzou was one of the greatest Ive ever seen. Even Xavi in his prime is nothing compared to Zizzou. Zidane had style, had class, had everything you need to be the greatest. Sadly he lost his cool in the final. Otherwise hed be Maradona-tier.
