Clearly autism. When he was DT of Chile, he lived in Juan Pinto Duran (sports complex where the chilean football NT trains). Yea, I'm not joking muthafuckas
Autism

Autism
Literally, figuratively, unironically, autism.
That he looks like Brian Billick
>>69539714
he doesn't like it when the clauses he puts in his contract (and he insists are key for his signing) aren't met
shocking, right?
>By the start of the following season, Javi Martinez had left; Llorente, still apparently shattered, had made clear that he wanted to go; and Bielsa had fallen out with members of the board who objected to his criticism of construction work at the training ground. It was all grimly predictable, Bielsa's transcendent vision undermined by such earthly concerns as money, ambition and builders missing deadlines. 'If players weren't human,' he had said almost fifteen years earlier, 'I would never lose.'
Autism
yeah
He thinks people he works with love football as much as him
some people may call it autism
Funny story, my father knows one of his brothers, a politician. He told him some years ago his house is full of old VHS of football matches, floor to ceiling
>>69545192
>my father knows one of his brothers, a politician
They look exactly the same
>>69539714
Autism
>>69545192
That's true. He prepares every match watching videos of the players. He might be autistic but I like him.
>>69539714
he's my favourite football manager ever, a true visionary and a genius. It's not him that is the problem, it's the fucking players and club management. Every time it's the same story, when his players listen to him and do what he says they play football from another planet, then they get tired of him and play like shit. How is it his fault? The players are paid to listen to the coach and give their all, fucking spoiled prima donnas. He does his part, always, he cares about football, but unfortunately people he works with don't. They care about making money and fame.
I'd love to see him coach a top tier team at least once. Imagine him at Barcelona, if only the board and players were willing to listen to him and work with him. Imagine the football that Bilbao played for a short period of time in 11/12, but 10 times better and season after season.
And hey, I'm a Real fan, but he'd never work here with Perez and his untouchable, spoiled superstars.
Autismo
GRACIAS LOCO
>drove off football hooligans from his home with a hand grenade and chased them down the street
This guy is based as fuck.
>cuffed a gardener because the grass wasn't like he wanted it, then went to a police station and denounced himself for doing it
Does it get any better than that? I don't think so. Bielsa karajo.
>'If players weren't human, I would never lose.'
what did he mean by this
>>69545451
>then they get tired of him and play like shit. How is it his fault?
You kind of answered your own question. He tires them out. Getting the attention of your players is one thing, and keeping their attention is another. Bielsa can get unbelievable results in his first season, but a couple of years down the line that will change.
He is a football genius, but he lacks the social and leadership skills to adequately and consistently implement his system in a club.
He needs a charismatic assistant manager.
was he always like this, or was he a normie until his brain broke?
>>69543187
based autist Platonic god manager.
>>69541890
>living where you work is bad
it's likely more peaceful, secure and structured than anywhere else.
>>69546572
never he said it was bad
that level of love towards football (and work) is autistic though, which is the point
i actually kinda believe his quote
>'If players weren't human, I would never lose.'
he's a genius, but cant get it across socially to make it work
tell me how he is so great if he coached atletico to the ground, marseille to the ground, won nothing with chile, and got eliminated in group stages in 2002 with argentina

>>69546634

we mentioned that he's too autistic to make it work already
if you do like and understand football though try watching some of the times that the players actually listened to him, such as
>>69546678
he really is from another planet, in more ways than one
>>69546634
>won nothing with chile
That may be true but he laid the ground work that made Chile the really good team it is today.
Thank you based Loco
Lupus
>>69546757
we're discussing Bielsa, not Quique Sanchez Flores
>>69546718
>laid the groundwork
like what? from what I can see other managers succeeded in winning with chile but bielsa couldn't do it
>>69546935
Mainly he changed the pussy mentality they had, which may seem romanticised but you can see the difference, specially in players like Vidal or Medel
Also he started the high pressure, fast paced style of play
>>69545336
Did he singlehandedly change Chile from Peru tier to elite all by himself?
Why do you think his nickname is "el loco"?
>>69546935
Bielsa laid the foundation, gave them the "blueprint". He drilled Chile to play much more aggressive and press more. Sampaoli, who was a Bielsa disciple and fanboi took over after him and perfected his methods.

Watch the fucking full game (what you do if you actually know something about football and you're not 12yo).
Anyways, it's a draw against the only team in history that was conquering the 6 titles in one year, who scored 6 against Halal in one game, 4 against Buyern and destroyed Manure in the final of UCL without any trouble.

Bielsa is the best manager there is. There is no one better than him. It's understandable why he would leave, Lazio flat out lied to him about transfers.
Either be honest with the man or fuck off.
Bielsa is the perfect NT manager.
He always tires out his players physically and mentally at club football.
6 months of good football (considering the board throws money at the players he requests), then everyone is fucking exhausted, half the squad is injured and the team gets bullied by minnows.

>He didn’t mean he was done for the day; he meant he was done for good – resigning and returning to Rosario in Argentina where he has been ever since.
>>69546950
C'mon, Vidal and Medel were great before Bielsa
>>69546950
Nah, he just eliminated the losers (who had that shit mentality). Aka vacas sagradas (calule, Sanhueza, Riffo, Navia, etc). Remember Chile Sub20
In fact, Bielsa saw videos of chilean players before signing because he wanted to be sure that they were players with potential
In other words, you don't know shit about football
Based Loco. Truly marked the beginning of greatness for Chile.
