Euro 2020 could be pretty good, honestly. This year I only went to one match in Paris, which was too big to have the same kind of feeling as Poland had. By spreading the matches out to smaller cities/countries that would never have a chance to host otherwise it will bring a special feeling to the host cities. Plus with low cost airlines and trains, it's not a big deal to travel between countries nowadays.
