He was hit in his kicking leg and therefore didn't bring the shot to the goal which could be dangerous (alas, Lloris was pretty solid yesterday).
The ref was inconsistent, calling in shoves against France and not necessarily doing it against them, calling in a pen for a deflected, close proximity hand (that being said, why are niggas throwing their arms like that in the fucking box?) and not calling a pen (or a freekick if it was truly out of the box, since I remember it being in but w/e) for an obvious foul.
At the fucking least, it wasn't the only goal of the game and one could argue that it didn't outright change the end result.
I wish we ain't seeing this wonky refing (referee-ing, refereing, referring?) in the final.
