Mourinho is absolutely right in having those digs at Wenger. Since the fuckin' english press is so soft on Wenger failures, at least Mourinho says the truth. Arsenal has the 4th-highest wage bill, and usually finish 4th (or 3rd if one of the Big 3 collapses). Since Man City showed up in '08, they've finished 4th/3rd/4th/3rd/4th/4th/3rd/2nd. That's not really "consistently over-achieving", it's just staying at the same level and letting other clubs surpass you or fall below you.
