We have no game plan, everyone just runs around like a headless chicken for 90 minutes. The problem isn't that we have shit players or that our league is shit or that our academies are shit. Pretty much all the Welsh players have gone through English academies and are playing in the English league and look how well they're doing.
We need to settle on a proper formation and then choose players who actually fit those roles. At the moment, we're just shoehorning in meme players into positions they don't normally play because they play for a big club. We probably would have done a lot better in this tournament if we had just taken all the English Leicester players and filled in the gaps with some other players, not because Danny Simpson and Marc Albrighton are world class but because the Leicester players all know exactly what they need to so on the pitch.
