Go to >>>/fit/ read the sticky
>>69040966
Don't run flat footed.
>>69041075
Don't go to /fit/. Go to an actual running website.
tomorrow's gonna suck
>>69041075
I don't believe it's in the sticky, though there's usually a running general
>>69041115
/fit/ has gone down in quality a lot, since people who know what they're doing don't have much incentive to stick around
>>69041105
shut up you mong, youre supposed to run flat footed
>>69040966
fucking kurwa poland fag
hope you die running you motherfucking polish faggity fagchek the fag on the rag eat the gag
>>69040966
run to the swimming pool and swim instead. objectively better than running, unless youre fat like me and embarrassed to take your shirt off in public places
>>69041254
IIm not a fat fuck.
pic related, I look like this.
>>69041159
the people who knew what they were doing got banned due to attention whoring
>>69040966
Make sure you stretch. Try to run every day if you can. Eat healthy and track your calories.
How long should a proper "run" be?
>>69041432
or died
RIP zyzz
>>69041590
30-45 minutes
unless you want compete in a marathon or something
heel strike for long distance, ball of foot strike for sprinting
>>69041432
Old tripfags were at least helpful at times
Pretty much the only places on /fit/ to get legitimate advice are the generals. Other than that, it's just memes and tfwngf
I've been running maybe twice a week for the last month or so.
I went from running 2km in 20min to running 4km in 20min.
Is that actually some good progress?
I feel like I could run more but my legs get really sore after a few km.
>>69041729
I run 8 km every 2 days. Just raise it slowly. If you think it's too much just stop and walk back slowly.
It takes years.

>Go to /fit/
this is terrible advice
