I'm pretty sure he has a clause in his contract that makes United play him the majority of the time too. It's the only explanation. For about 3/4 of last season he was so completely and utterly abject that I questioned Van Gaal's mental state. He should never start for United again. One or two half decent games against Bournemouth and Russia shouldn't change that.
