I rate him Bromania, was a top lad.
Definitely top 50 for me, could go ever higher up. Personally i adore these types of technical attacking players with great passing abilities. Hagi also had the shooting capability, scored wonderful goals. Top player.

I loved him
he was one of my favourite player in Serie A golden Age.
I was also happy when he intentionally broke Conte's leg in Euro 2000 picrelated.
too bad he played in low tier Italian team like Brescia.
He was a monstruous talent and I was happy it was recognized when he went to win with Galatasaray.
truly one of the best of his era.

I think once you get past the top 20 or so, there's probably about 40 players who can stake a claim in making up the rest of the top 30. Hagi is one of them.
