Is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland the best all round sporting nation?
I see no other countries consistently winning in most world sports.
Football: Undefeated in the euros and won every game in qualifying
Rugby: Grand slam Six Nations champions and destroyed the Australians in their own back yard.
Tennis: Davis cup world champions, and the only real challenger to Djok
Golf: Danny Willett current masters champion and Mcilroy still tearing people up
Boxing: Dominating in pretty much every weight, two heavyweight world champions
Cricket: Won the ashes comfortably, T20 world cup finalists and smashed Sri Lanka in one days without losing a wicket.
Swimming: Adam peaty is dominating the sport currently holding 3 world records
Motor racing: Current formula one world champion and a majority of the cars are built in the UK
Cycling: tour de France world champions 3 years running.
