All it changes is that title fights are now decided by sanctioning bodies rather than the UFC itself.
I'm not clear on how/whether this would prevent the UFC from setting up puppet sanctioning bodies to schedule fights as they please.
Everything else would be basically unchanged, but contracts would have to be made public giving fighters more leverage overall.

It's dumb and has very little relevance to modern MMA. Cuck Thomas on MMA Beat was right when he said MMA needs its own act that applies to it specifically, not a boxing law from the 70s.
The main thing it should achieve is making the UFC treat their fighters like the independent contractors they currently are or making them actual employees. No more take your cake and eat it too.
