Yeah, I had a 4 league gap in Sweden. It's an interesting format because they have a group stage (4 teams) for the cup. So you can be in a group with top division, 2nd 3rd and 4th. Or two from top and two from second or anything.

What affects players wage demands?
Got through to the premiership with my Plymouth lads, and even though I carefully never let in any promotion clauses and held tight to the budget all the way from league 2, managing to have my key players earning only £30k a month, they immediately wanted up to £200k after the promotion, even though the budget I got from the board hadn't changed yet.
Makes sense of course, they should know PL players earn more, but I wonder what the mechanisms are. I want to be safe if I get relegated, even though the start has been pretty good, think I have about 25p after 15.
