If he could stay fit yea. His numbers at Liverpool were great when he could barely last through 15 games. Plays like 30 games in the league and scores 24 goals. He also makes a lot of chances contrary to the opinion he is greedy.

Sturridge has almost 1 goal per game. He's the most reliable scorer in the Prem next to Vardy and Mahrez (at least in 2015-16)
He's not world class perse but he's incredibly reliable like >>68699471 said and has a great celebration too. Also if you noticed, he hasn't been injured once since Klopp made those comments about him and put him in a better fitness program.
Any team in the world besides Barca and real would be happy to have him and even then it's not because of his skill, he just doesn't fit well into those squads
