Top form Casillas was a superman, goalkeeping god like Yashin, inhuman reflexes.
It's just that Buffon was a lot, lot more consistent, while Kahn had his ups and downs and Casillas was cursed with abysmal Real defence and had his best years when Real was at it's absolute worst going out in round of 16 all the time. Plus after Euro 2012 he started to suck and is finished now.
So, overall? Buffon. But Kahn and Casillas were better than him when they had their top form.
Also Cech was overrated, van der Sar was underrated.

Casillas had his best years when he had shit-tier Real defence in front of him and had to save like 2-3 one-on-ones every game. I'm not exagerating, Real 2003-2007 had it's goal regularly sieged by almost every opponent, their defence was a swiss cheese. Iker doesn't get enough recognition for how amazing he was during those years. Often he made more saves during one game than Buffon had to make in a month in Serie A.

Reflexes are ALL in a goalkeeper. Casillas saved lot of matches thanks to his reflexes, and actually won a WC and a CL (not décima, but séptima) thanks to them

Memes aside, Buffon and Kahn are obviously better than Casillas, but everyone forgot how shit was R.Madrid for a long time (2003-2012) and how Casillas was decisive. Seriously, Iker and Ronaldo, V.Nistelrooy and some others like Robben kept R.Madrid alive and even won 2 leagues those years

what proof? If you were watching Real and Juve games regularly 10 years ago then you know I'm right. Juventus had god-tier defensive players and tactics, most games Buffon barely had to do anything because opponents weren't allowed good chances.
On the other hand Real's defence was raped by every meme team in La Liga. Their defence was shit and their midfield was too lazy to help out. When they lost the ball their opponents usually ended their attack with a good shot on goal. They didn't get regularly humiliated only thanks to Iker.
Watch Real Madrid - Arsenal game in 2006. Arsenal could have lead 3-0 after 10 mins, that's how easy it was to get into the box with the ball againt RM back then. Iker kept them out single-handedly.
How many games like these Buffon had in his career? When his goal was literally sieged and he had to make one save after another? Casillas during his best years had them every week.
