Truth is that when you are in a field playing for your NT in a tournament and you're losing by a score so absurd it's really hard to react.
In the case of Brazilian players most of them already played in big European teams so they was used to the pressure. Also, one can argues that they make tons of money and they just don't care, but they aren't gods. They are just humans and they suffer under such conditions too.
The real problem was half the poorly coach's decisions and half the exaggerated expectations about the team. The coach should have studied more about the other team, also the public should not forget that they are not less susceptible to failure than any other.
