The suspension is based on flagrant foul points, which accumulated for Green with all the other cheap shots he's taken these playoffs. Lebron isnt at the points limit the way Green was.

Green wasn't suspended for what he did to LeBron, he was suspended for accumulated flagrant points. He swung at another player not once but twice, and if you do this it is not necessary to make contact for it to be a flagrant 1. It is a textbook application of the rule.
