Woy doesn't really have a system he's in love with, though. His main formation was the 4-2-3-1 for the longest time, and it was a 4-1-4-1 last night. He's also tried 4-4-2 in friendlies a couple times, and IIRC he played 4-4-1-1 at Fulham and Liverpool. It's not the system that's the problem, it's that he's not very good at telling his players what to do inside the system.
