Exercise advice: start with stuff like walking, jogging. This is going to get boring real fucking fast tho (I have no idea how people can consider plain running a hobby). Now there's a few things you can do from here; buy a bike and cycle everywhere and use that for general exercise as well (faster, more fun than running) but most likely the best thing to do is to join a gym. Just get a session with a PT or read /fit/ sticky and go in like an autist and not know what you're doing and kill yourself by accident. Better to seriously just get a session with some PT or friend who works out and show you the basics. Then just keep doing this for the rest of your life.

Squiers can be great guitars, especially the "higher end" lines like Classic Vibe. The thing with budget guitars is that there is basically no real quality control so the chances of you getting a shit one are a solid 30-60%. Which is why you should never buy budget (or any guitar for that matter) online without trying it first. They also require more initial maintenance (fretwork, fret leveling, oiling fretboard, neck adjustment, maybe electronics work or replacement, and maybe even sanding and refinishing the neck) which is why most of them play like shit. If you know how to set up a guitar and know how to pick out a good one , then you can get something legitimately comparable to a 5-10x the price Fender, especially if you swap out the electronics.
Best way to go about it is to go to a store and ask to play through their entire stock of Squiers and find the best one but that is autistic as fuck lol.
Also if you can score a MIJ Squier from the 80s you've got something that is essentially as good if not better than Fenders from the time, certainly more collectible. Fender moved their budget line production to Japan, expecting them to somehow make worse guitars (this is ultra hilarious considering that the Japanese guitar manufacturing bread and butter prior to that was to rip off Gibsons and Fenders with lawsuit accuracy) and soon enough the Japs were making better guitars than what Fender was making in the US. And even nowadays if you're buying "made in USA" you're paying at least 30% just because it says USA and its going to be some Mexican making them anyway with the same machines as some Chinaman in China making Squiers
