Clemson and FSU won't leave, the SEC has been pretty clear about not adding any teams in States with already existing teams (though I could see an exception made for Texas). Besides, FSU and Clemson don't bring much to the table other than good football. If the SEC is looking to expand they'll probably try to pick up a North Carolina and Oklahoma team, though UNC or NC State would be nearly impossible to snag and OU would probably rather be in the B1G.

I'm surprised Clemson is #1 but I can understand it, Baylor shouldn't be top 10, Michigan and Tennessee are overrated, Iowa is overrated, Arkansas shouldn't be in the top 25, I'm surprised a main-stream sports outlet doesn't have Miami at #25 (not that they deserve it, but everyone else is putting them in the top 25).
