It's not really 3 hours, I think it lasted 1h30 in real life. I usually get my matches done in less than 40 minutes (real life time), but here it was something else.

Junior 5 too, but I did beat some players in Junior 10. I was a bit stupid when I configured the number of sets, made it a best of 5 for every Grand Slam match. For other tourneys it's usually best of 3 (or 1 set for challengers at the beginning because fuck that shit).

It's actually quite good, minor annoyances with the controls - no button to sprint, only one to 'run back to position' that doesn't work half the time; having to hold down button to charge shots so that you have to essentially pick what type of shot you're going to hit before the opponent even hits the ball - but all in all it's pretty smooth. Nice career mode, and on the highest difficulties it's a genuine challenge playing the top players, Djokovic and Nadal in particular are infuriating, and it's terrifying when you see Federer going to serve and volley.
Never played Tennis Elbow, will have to look it up.

last console one i had i think was virtua tennis 2009. it was just poo.
before that it was smash court tennis: pro tournament 2. which was released in 2004, but didn't have Federer in it. wasnt too bad a game actually, other than the odd selection of players to be included.
but for me that's why tennis elbow is the best. because the patches and mods for it mean literally every player from 1 down to 300+ in the real world rankings are in the game. makes it much more fun imo
