I was debating admin'ing but a few things go against it to make it not quite good enough, its still worth a small stake imo. The game kicks off at 7AM... Yes 7AM and I don't think it will be in-play on many, or any sites at all. So you have to stake pre-game. I won't be awake for the game also.

Tahiti put in a solid performance vs Samoa and were unlucky not to win by a couple more goals.
PNG were pretty terrible in the first half against New Caledonia and whilst they looked a little better in the 2nd half they were still your typical OFC team, terrible in defence, strikers unable to finish and trying to compensate for a lack of technique by out muscling their opponent. They will also be without number 18, Tommy Semmy up front who despite his young age is probably one of their better strikers. He will be suspended after picking up two yellows in the opening game (which did earn him a red card although few sites seem to mention it, flashscores even notes he picked up two yellows but no mention of the red) replacing him will probably be Patrick Aisa who is less experienced and less talented and with PNG playing much tougher opposition this time around it is hard to see them scoring considering they were lucky to even draw with New Caledonia despite scoring first.
The only thing stopping me tipping this a bit bigger is PNG looked better in the 2nd half perhaps indicating they had shaken off the rust a bit and settled into their natural rhythm but I still can't see past a Tahiti win and probably by a few goals. If you fancy something safer/bigger stake then just take Tahiti to win at 1.7
BTTS-No at 3.2 also maybe worth a small but always a bit of a lottery as all OFC teams love to get stuck in and give away penalties and defences tend to be terrible so no more than a small despite the fact that I expect Tahiti to be completely in charge.
