Second to that is the UCL. It's the icing on the cake after proving you are the best in your country, you try to prove you're the best in Europe (and therefore the world).
After that, the rest is nice but not THAT special. The domestic cup is important and usually traditional. The EL is nice, but basically for second-rate teams. The WC is cool, but it's a summer tournament and most players are tired and not at 100%.
Then you have the genuine mickey mouse cups like the league cups, super cups etc. etc. etc. etc.
