Why do Spanish players always wear their region's flag when they win something?
Barca players always represent Catalonia when they win, while Ramps last night wore the Andalusian flag around his waist.
Why are they so autistic?
>being proud of Andalusia

He wuz Caliphs n shiet nigga
Regional pride was stronger and more accepted 30 years ago, now it's often frowned upon.
The concept of Spain as a nation (centralism and Spanish nationalism vs regional power and identity) is one of the biggest issues in Spanish politics.
With Barcelona it's just part of what the club is about. Even if you're some non-Catalan Spaniard you are supposed to say "visca el barça and visca catalunya" at title celebrations.

even foreign fans support catalan independence, just because messi scores nice goals

Andalucia is basically the reason why Spain is so unemployed, lazy niggers in 3-hour siestas and dancing flamenco all day

Why do British players always wear their region's flag when they win something?
Man.Unt. players always represent England when they win, while Giggs wore the Welsh flag around his waist.
Why are they so autistic?

Most professional football players here come from the lowest rungs of society, where displays of national pride are commonplace. Sergio Ramos, for instace, is barely literate.
Barcelona is whole different case since the club itself has always been traditionally linked to the Catalan nationalist movement. Piqué, for example, comes from a middle class background, yet he is still an adherent of Catalan secessionism.

Gee I wonder. If I was an athlete I would not only have my state flag but the flag of my city as well. I'm proud of where I'm from and I hope I represent the region well
the last time Madrid won. Look at Bale btw
Ramos headband. But it's really a shame. Most people don't know that the majority of regional flags were invented lik 80 years ago. Andalucia's flag was invented by an idiot who converted to islam and wanted to make an independent Andalusian republic with a communist govern but this isn't taught at schools

Are you witnessing the terrible crisis (people starving for example) or is just a rich country crisis?
I have one Mexican friend who came to work in our company that said that he expected, literally, a devastated country because he only heard of the crisis, corruption and all that shit. All people partying, streets full of people...
He said that if thats a crisis, i want this crisis to my country. So maybe all of you have a wrong idea.
Regional pride, if i was a famous athlete and i won something, I'd parade around with a flag i feel more attached to.
>>67980117
(not him)
not everybody was hit by it
I have seen a lot of people living on the streets and even searching for food in the trash
still a lot of people without a job and a lot of families living from grandpa pension
about the people partying and on the streets it's just our way of living, it surprises people even without thinking about the crisis
people just don't spend that much time outside in other countries
>>67980117
this is just a point of view thing. I'm Bulgarian and when Italians and Greeks talk to me about their financial crisis I can only laugh
>>67980117
There are a few homeless people/beggars on each street in Malaga and a fair few in the other places I've visited but it's not too bad. Apart from in Malaga most beggars look like gypsies. And there was a peaceful protest in Malaga 2 days ago, not sure what was about.
But most people look happy and I've witnessed lots of partying and festivals going on
