Tbh they were much better team in the first half of the season with Walton, they played defense like they did last year. Then after the all star break you could see signs of decline. They weren't blowing out teams anymore, they were barely getting past them and steph was hiding a lot of their flaws, especially on defense. They chased the record hard, most great basketball teams just coast to a 60 win season and keep themselves fresh for the playoffs but they kept going after it even though they were showing signs of fatigue. Lastly draymond is a terrible player to have when things are going bad. Team was so fucking full of themselves that they lost focus. They aren't even as good as they were last year.
