they aren't top level professional players, they're clearly high school or maybe college girls. Just like you shouldn't have middle schoolers running the Oklahoma Drill in American football, the drills need to match the level.

Those women play on the American professional league and are part of the US National team.
You don't train a professional like a middle school kid. They should have all the skills required to play the game from the get go. You only work on tactic and scenarios that may present in a real game.
