Started off unemployed with sunday league experience. Got a job with Goyang HI FC in Korea (which I was surprised I got). Learned some korean and got them to win their Domestic cup and gain promotion to the top flight.
The next year was god awful and we were rock bottom halfway through the season. Abandoned ship after completing a coaching course and managed to get a job at Gillingham just in time for the start of the season. Currently 5th in League 1, and having a good run in the paintpot trophy.

As I'm in my 7th season with Codicote, I started making a "5 year plan" for the EPL. Apparently this lad is going to be a "great EPL player" according to my scouts, so I grabbed him from Irish 1st Div and signed a 4 year contract, will likely renew ASAP and get a 5 year contract when he becomes 18.
Gotta train his strength and get better training facilities as I want my squad to not choke in the first EPL season
