This is almost exactly what I play now. I would always go with attacking wing backs over support in a narrow formation, especially since you have two holding mids already. I wouldn't play 3 playmakers as well. No one's making a run from deep, it's everyone feeding the AF. I think it should be the opposite; the striker should be coming deeper to feed the AMs.
