The NFL will move a team to London, they'll have a few middling to bad seasons, Europeans will lose interest, players will be mentally exhausted from all of the transatlantic flights, and the team will eventually close shop once the NFL realizes it's a net loss for them.
I honestly don't think a team in London can work in the long-term without at least one international division to go along with it, but the interest in the sport simply isn't there to support 4-8 teams in Europe and it won't be there for a very long time.
