No it isn't. Ronaldo plays on the left wing or as a striker, James plays as an attacking midfielder or on the right wing. The problem is that there is no place for him in a 4-3-3 because he can't do the necessary defensive work to be in that 3-man midfield and he's not better on the wing than Bale. Honestly, I'm not sure why Real even nought him, he's a great player but they didn't need him.
