It's impossible to not run in to debt.The only way a club can survive is by getting a good regen and hoping he goes to england for several hundred thousand with good sell on and succeeds. Play kids, give them long term contracts (with optional extensions if possible), they play for peanuts. Avoid older players as they want decent wages. Your squad is mostly older guys, sell them or release on a free. Buy up regens from other clubs, if you don't have the money use 48 month clauses so you pay the fee over several years.
