Nice quads. Look for brake markers. (Hint:signage above the track, any difference in curbing, etc.) Those can be visual aids to you for having references for braking. Finally not really the most useful thing for a flash game but this pic might give some insight into a good line around the track.

You know its interesting. He was a horrid driver for consistency and concentration but apparently he was a good tester/data collector. Given they go to Spain for pre-season testing I think that may have had something to do with his win there. Now that I went super autismo he actually lead one of the days of pre-season testing that year in Spain. Perhaps the weather conditions were similar enough that they just transferred over the data and setup from February to May.

You would think. Its all about exit speed. So if compromising on entrance speed gives you a ton more on the exit then do it. I went to Skip Barber Racing School (Pic Related) a little over a year ago now and that was one of the points they drilled into us.

In 2012, Schumi matched him 10-10 in quali, being on average 0.12 seconds quicker, beat him 7-1 in 2 car finishes, and outscored him 43-23 once Merc got their reliability sorted (after the 7th race of a 20 race season).
He also narrowly lost out in 2011 (12-13 points,IIRC), in spite of having 5 retirements to Rosberg's 2.

It (the throttle point) varies with the line you take heading into (and therefore out of) the corner, which in turn is dictated by 3 things - the angle of the corner, what is immediately following the corner, and what immediately preceded it.

I thought the throttle point was always at the halfway point and I don't see a lot of merit in making the corner shorter but sharper for yourself.
