It depends entirely on a teams needs. Centers are a premium and needed much more than wingers. Laine might score more goals but if Matthews is a good 2 way center like he's projected to be that's more valuable. But like I said before it depends on the team. Either way Toronto and Winnipeg are getting some pretty good players who have potential to be top players in the league.
