This is how suburban schools do dismissal because every parent uses a car basically. The distances are much much farther than in an urban city centre because one school will cover a much larger area to get the 300-600 kids it will hold (elementary). So yes europoors we have car lines and it is because the kids have tiny little legs and 3 miles through town is a bit much for a kid to be walking home from school every day. They are getting a little more stupid about it and some schools dont even want to let your kids walk home if you live close enough for liability reasons but at the end of the day they cant keep your fucking kid so whatever fuck em.
