An enlarged aorta isn't something you can normally see from a chest X-ray. You need either an echocardiogram (not very detailed) or an MRI/Cardiac catheterization to really know for sure.

I usually switch off from NFL news between free agency and draft and I don't follow college football at all so I have a serious question for you /nfl/.
Can someone explain what the fuck do the Rams and Eagles think they're doing? I thought everyone said that this year's QB class is a bunch of good-not-great prospects (I even recall some opinions that there are no 1st round talents at QB) and those two franchises just traded the farm to get 2 of them with the first 2 picks. It's a huge risk to give up that much for a QB that's considered a surefire star (hello RG3) and they traded a shitload of picks for QBs that just might turn out pretty average. Isn't this like an all time great gamble?
