You are 100% correct that HAkeem did more with less and yeah the team were led by Hakeem, but Rudy did get as much as he can out of the rest of the roster. Dream led the team and they all followed, but Rudy did have to also put the pieces around Hakeem and that is why we have Kenny on tv.
Spo did a great job with that Heat team. He was Phil-esque in his management of personalities and his defensive scheme managed to create an elite defense without a rim protector. LeBron was the rightful DPOY in those two championship seasons.
