ask someone from Roma which team they hate the most, Inter, Milan or Juventus.
Inter will likely be the least hated and Juve the most. The same probably applies to other parts of Italy that don't have a big club.
>>
>>66773565
Roma fans despise Lazio the most for obvious reasons.
>>
>>66773213
Inter is the third most popular club in our country.
>>66773395
Besides Juve and Milan fans, no fandom has a feelings of hatred against Inter, whereas pretty much everyone hates Juve, these are the most vocal:
Napoli fans hate Juve
Roma fans hate Juve
Torino fans hate Juve
Fiorentina fans hate Juve
Inter fans hate Juve

Inter are not hated, they're just ignored and pointed at as the multikulti scum they are

forgot to add this:

>The club was founded on 9 March 1908 as Foot-Ball Club Internazionale following a schism from the Milan Cricket and Football Club (44 members). A group of Italians and Swiss (Giorgio Muggiani, a painter who also designed the club's logo; Bossard; Lana; Bertoloni; De Olma; Enrico Hintermann; Arturo Hintermann; Carlo Hintermann; Pietro Dell'Oro; Hugo and Hans Rietmann; Voelkel; Maner; Wipf; and Carlo Ardussi) were unhappy about the domination of Italians in the Milan team and broke away from them, leading to the creation of Internazionale. The name of the club derives from the wish of its founding members to accept foreign players as well as Italians.

>>66773920
It reflects the hate on the people and the city of Napoli. Their are one of the main targets from ultras of a lot of clubs
>>
The hatred is directly proportional to the years at the top. Juventus has near twice the national titles of Inter and Milan, something that sinks deeply in everyday life more than UCL.

Inter was absolutely burned with hatred by Roma and a lot of other fans when they were winning four consecutive national titles.

Right now it's just convenient to hate on Juve because it's a good excuse rather than "my team is shit". Next year Juve could give a 20pt advantage, still win the league and they would claim match fixing.

Guess what? The only fans you hardly see around shitting on Juve are ACM fans, because they actually won a fuckload of stuff and have no buttblast from the past.

Back in 2006 Juventus and some members of their board (Luciano Moggi and Antonio Giraudo) were accused of having special relationships with the referee commitee and referees themselves, controlling the procedure through which referees were given the games, in order to have "friendly" referees officiating their matches. The accusations were backed up by transcripts of tapped phone calls between Moggi/Giraudo and the referee committee.
Juve were stripped of two Scudetti, 2004/05 and 2005/06 (the latter has never been under investigation), and relegated to Serie B, starting with -30 pts on the league table. During all these years, Juventus' lawyers were able to find many documents that eventually dismantled the accuser's theories: for example, they found many tapped calls (available for you on Youtube to listen) that proved that the referee committee never thought about "helping" Juventus (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8q8PFGNfwk). They also found out that Inter's board member Giacinto Facchetti used to have many interesting conversations with the referee committee board, where he asked to be given specific referees or where he told one of the referee managers "to go pick up a small gift at Inter's HQ" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmOjdvNplMM). All these phone calls were deemed as "irrelevant" back in 2006, and Inter have never gone under trial because of the statute of limitation.
In 2012, judge Teresa Casoria stated that "the 2004/2005 season has not in any way been altered". You can read it on the official court document here, pages 84/85: http://media2.gazzetta.it/gazzetta/content/2012/pdf/SentenzaCalciopoli_new.pdf

So Juventus have been proven innocent in 2012, so now they want those two Scudetti back along with a €444.000.000 compensation.
Last year all the referees and referees commitee members involved were sentenced innocent, and Moggi and Giraudo were cleared of the remaining charges because of the statute of limitation by the Court of Appeal.
So you basically have a crime society with no members (everybody innocent) that never committed an actual crime (because of what Judge Casoria stated in 2012).

Basically the reason why all this happened is the control of the FIAT empire. Gianni and Umberto, historical owners of the company (and Juventus of course) died respectively in 2003 and 2004. The empire was inherited by John Elkannn, Gianni's nephew, but Moggi and Giraudo, who were very close friends of the Agnelli family, wanted Andrea Agnelli (Umberto's son and current Juve president) to be a member of the FIAT board. They thought that the winning image of Juventus would made Andrea shine at the eyes of the other board members. The Elkann branch of the family on the other hand, thought this would have put John in the shadow, so the only way to prevent this was to completely destroy Juventus (i.e. take down Moggi, Giraudo and Agnelli). So the Elkann's exploited Moratti's (Inter owner) connection with italian Telecom (who were going to provide the phone tappings) to create a win-win situation for both parties.
CONT
>>
>>66780779
>>66780722

The whole trial was a complete farce since the beginning. Guido Rossi, who was put in charge of the sport justice committee was a member of the Inter board at the time. Juventus lawyers pleaded guilty without even trying to come up with a defensive strategy, while Moggi and Giraudo's lawyers were given an illegally short amount of time to prepare one. One of the judges that was picked to be part of the jury on the civil trial resigned, stating that the whole investigation had been a "juridical abortion".
During the trials, all the accusations were proven false (fixed suspensions, fixed referee assignments etc.). The only accusation theory that is still holding up is the "Swiss sim cards" one. They said that by using foreign sim cards Moggi avoided being tapped by the police. The only thing is that Swiss sim cards are perfectly wiretappable, just like German sim cards, Australian sim cards or any other countries sim cards. It is also perfectly legal to buy and give away and use foreign sim cards in Italy. In fact Moggi bought his in a completely normal phone shop in Switzerland. Everything was done in broad daylight.
Some time ago, the guy who owns the shop were Moggi bought his sim card, Teodosio de Cillis, one of the key witnesses of the whole legal story, has been committed for trial, the charge is perjury.

I didn't cover everything with this, but I hope it helped you understand what happened>>66780722

>>66780722
Don't thank him, his post are heavy biased, all he said about Juventus innocence, it's that since Teresa Casoria said they are it's true. But he didn't say how Cassoria has been censored by the italian court of cassation or how the same court ruled that Moggi was guilty of "guiding a significantly structured association widely diffused across the whole territory with every single person involved fully aware [of what was going on]," branding him the "initiator of an illicit system influencing matches in the 2004-05 season (and not only this one)" with the high court not absolving him but rather archiving the case as "expired".
Juventus were the ringleaders in the match-fixing scandal and are surely far from innocent, despite what the fans actually believe. They'll never get back either the Scudetti or any compensation for calciopoli.

All the members of this structured association have ben proved innocent.

association
as·so·ci·a·tion
2. An organized body of people who have an interest, activity, or purpose in common; a society.

It means you need people to have an association. Can an association exist if nobody takes part in it?

>llicit system influencing matches in the 2004-05 season (and not only this one)

04-05 season has not been altered, as the court said. 05-06 season has never been under investigation. I don't think there's much more to say about this.

>high court not absolving him but rather archiving the case as "expired".

This is true. So in your logic, it means Moggi was surely guilty.
Inter was never prosecuted. You must think they're guilty too, right?
>>
>>66780853
>This is true. So in your logic, it means Moggi was surely guilty.
Not guilty, but not even as innocent as the earlier posts painted him.
>Inter was never prosecuted. You must think they're guilty too, right?
All the top clubs were involved in mach-fixing, so yes they would be guilty too.
>>
>>66780869
So if all the top clubs were involved in match fixing (implying it happened), why was Juve the only club to pay for it?
Juve had 1.8 points per game average with referees that were allegedly part of the association, and 2.6 points per game average with referees that were not involved in the scandal. Does it make sense? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
From 1994 to 2006, which is the period Moggi an Giraudo were in charge, Juve has won:
7 scudetti
1 Coppa Italia
4 Supercoppe
1 Champions' League
1 UEFA SuperCup
1 Intercontinental Cup

They also reached:
3 CL finals
1 UEFA Cup final
2 Coppa Italia finals

Ultimately they had:
2 players winning the Ballon d'Or
7 players winning a World Cup (and 11 playing the final in 2006 only)

Their starting XI in 2006 was:
Buffon
Thuram-Cannavaro-Montero-Zambrotta
Camoranesi-Emerson-Vieira-Nedved
Trezeguet (Del Piero)-Ibrahimovic

Did they really need match fixing?
