Gaudreau is obviously a real offensive game breaker right now than anyone else on either team and is also very structured in his own zone and can steal the puck effectively. Monahan has similar talent to Barkov, though Barkov gets the edge since he has a stronger, heavier body right now and can do get to the tough area's better.
Calgary's defense is obviously very talented with Giordano and Brodie. Comparing it to Florida's Giordano is much better in his own end than Campbell. While both Brodie and Ekblad are excellent puck movers with solid defense Ekblad has a much better shot and as a younger guy as well as a guy with more size and, more importantly, a larger wingspan than Brodie he has the potential to create a gap in the defensive zone as he gets older.

Cambell is just smarter and plays the position better, and also makes better passes out of the zone. Giordano is better offensively, like I originally said, but he relies to heavily on his reflexes/instinct and it shows in how many times he gets injured. Doesn't play as smart of a game as Campbell does.

On the Flames, sure. Ekblad will be a legit top defender on any team in a few years. Brodie won't get much better and needs to figure out how to balance his offense with his defensive game.
Your delusional af too if you think the Flames and Panthers are comparable. The Panthers have a crazy amount of young players on their starting roster right now, and still have loads of prospects developing in the minors and AHL. They have been built by the same GM who built the Blackhawks modern core, so I wouldn't doubt their future success.
