Fuchs can cover his defensive weaknesses, and Kante can help out as well. Yes, Schlupp has shit decision making and isn't the most technical footballer, but his sheer physicality can create so much pressure and space on the enemy flank.
Then he can lay the ball back to Fuchs or Drinkwater, who can both deliver very accurate crosses.
