You want your most athletic fielders typically from point all the way round to mid off
Your best catchers will be slips/gully or occasionally "under the helmet" if the spinners are on (short leg + silly point + silly mid on/off)
Anyone with a good arm and decent pace is going to be sweeping, your worst fielders are probably going to be at fine leg/long leg as this is historically where the ball goes the least (although switch hit, sweeping and dilscoop have changed this)
