Non biased West ham fan here. 8.5/10
He hasn't been great the last 7 games (except the Chelsea and black burn game) but he somehow manage to score or assist every game. He basically plays Invisible for most of the match and pop in to save us with a goal or assist in the end.
He is a good player when you play him in the wing but he is fucking amazing when you play him in the Middle. Also Payet is surely the best Set piece specialist in the Premier league.
