tbf Rijkaard made Barcelona what it was when Guardiola came, Pep's only redeeming quality was keeping order inside the team and be wise enough to keep and use Rijkaard notes, just take a look at how newly bought players during his time never fully adapted and sometimes barely even played and how it was the same team over and over till he left, actually one of the reasons he left was probably because he realized some vital parts of the team were getting older with him not knowing how in hell to replace them.
