Well meme'd
As much as I'm hoping for an exciting transfer window, it'll probably just be full of meme transfers, i.e. english clubs overpay for overhyped one-season wonders who peak at the Euros but fail to make any impactful transfers (I'm looking at you, ManU). Meanwhile Madrid and PSG will throw around tons of cash in panic buys to get whatever "stars" they deem necessary to boost shirt sales, however also without any meaningful impact.
China will get more players, who were promising at some point, but have long passed their peaks (probably Alonso or someone like Götze, Schürrle or some English "talent of the century")
The Bavarian Jews will get whoever they want, whilst complaining about FFP and the cost of players, even though they are so stacked they could just sit out the next 2 transfer windows.
Overall I'm expecting a lot of memes and very few transfers that will actually pay off
