Bullshit, their primary intention behind the scenes is to maintain the status quo-Big clubs with big revenues remain big while small clubs can never catch up and are destined to be feeder clubs forever, it in now way limited sugar daddies that just sponsor clubs via other means and not directly out of their pockets. Debt and bankruptcy is part of every business, no one should dictate to smaller clubs how much they can or cannot spent, at the end of the day its them going bankrupt, not anyone else. false, when the time came to negotiate for tv rights in the 90s, both rm and barcelona proposed a joint negotiation of all clubs with tv channels but it was the smaller clubs that started to sell their rights individually, so barcelona and rm had to do the same. Then those clubs started pocketing and wasting their money and many went to shit. Tv rights should be shared in proportional manner but the current situation with tv rights in spain was precisely created by the smaller clubs greed and impatience
