Eto'o was pretty decent for Chelsea. In his one season there he scored around 15 goals or something. Not bad considering his age.
Crespo was also good for them, he had a fine goal ratio as Drogba's number 2.
Torres flopped, but he's not even close to being the biggest flop ever as some people suggest. About 50 goals in 4 years at the club, the latter of half of which he rarely even started games. A handful of important goals among that, including the Europa League final, two Champions League semi finals and against United, Arsenal and City in the league. Plus the amount of Torres shirts sold across the world coupled with the sheer number of new bandwagon supporters probably made that transfer fee back. Not saying he wasn't a flop, because he was, but it's vastly overstated by most.
Shevchenko actually performed well for Chelsea more often that not but never turned into goals, so yeah, he was a flop.
Falcao is a major flop. Calling Hazard a flop is weak bait.

I would add Falcao was a LOAN transfer. Falcao had performed really badly for United the previous season (they were the ones who paid a lot more for him and thought he would be the Falcao of old)... Chelsea just took him on as a long shot loan move to fill our 3rd place striker role.
